صحت  بہت اچھی نعمت ہے۔ زندگی کا لطف اچھی صحت سے حاصل ہوتا ہے۔ صحت مند آدمی زندگی کی سرگرمیوںمیں بھر پور حصہ لیتا ہے۔ اسے ہر کام کرنے میں مز ہ آتا ہے۔ اسے کھانے پینے میں مزہ آتا ہے۔ اسے کھانے پینے میں صبح جلدی اٹھنے میں اور رات کو جلدی سونے میں مزہ محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ ایک صحت مند آدمی صحت مند جسم رکھتا ہے۔ وہ ہر وقت چاک و چوبند رہتا ہے۔ مگر ہم چیزوں کی قدر اس وقت تک نہیں کرتے جب تک ہم انہیں کھو نہیں دیتے۔ بالکل اسی طرح صحت کا اندازہ ہمیں اس وقت ہوتا ہے جب ہم بیمار ہوتے ہیں۔
