کالجوں میں بد نطمی دن بدن بڑھ رہی ہے۔ طلباء اپنی پڑھائی پر توجہ نہیں دیتے ۔ وہ استذہ کا احترام نہیں کرتے۔ وہ کالج با قا عدگی سے نہیں جاتے۔ اگر وہ ہفتہ میں ایک یا دو بار کالج چلے بھی جائیں تو اپنا وقت فضول باتوں ضا ئع کر دیتے ہیں۔ وہ صحتمندانہ انصابی سر گرمیوں میں حصہ نہیں لیتے۔ وع سگریٹ نوشی اور بیہودہ فلموں کے ولدادہ ہیں۔ یہ صورتحال انتہائی افسوسناک ہے ۔ اگر استذہ والدین اور حکومت نے اپنی ذنہ داریاں پوری نہ کیں تو ہمارا نظام تعلیم تباہ ہوجائے گا۔

ہندوستان نے پاکستان کیساتھ پانی کے معاہدوں کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے پاکستان کے تمام بڑے دریا ؤں پر کئی ڈیم بنا دئیے ہیں ۔ چونکہ ان دریاؤں کے ماخذ ہندوستان اور مقبوضہ کشمیر میں ہیں اس لئیے ہندوستان کیلئے ایسا کرنا آسان رہا۔ اب ہمارے دریا خشک ، ڈیم خالی اور کھیت بے فصل دکھائی دیں گے اور سر سبز پنجاب تھر اور چولستان بن جائے گا۔ ہمارے ھکمرانوں نے کالا باغ ڈیم پر سیاست کی ہے پانی کے مسئلے پر ہمیں ہندوستان کیساتھ ایٹمی جنگ ہی کیوں نہ کرنا   پڑے ہمیں اس سے گریز نہیں کرنا  چاہیئے۔
